By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
All orders are FINAL once customer has paid for the order and are subjected to needs & availability of funds.
Customer must check the details twice before placing the order for any mistake.
NO corrections will be entertained once order placed.
Customers whose order has been confirmed by us via email but do NOT update us of payment status within 24 hours, are considered defaulters unless valid reason provided.
Defaulters who default 3 times in a row without any valid reason will be banned from our service.
We take a very serious view on cheating. Any cheat attempt or bad mannered will strictly not be tolerated. Users who does it regardless if it is unintentionally and not able to clarify it clearly to fully convince us will be banned from our service and access to our website.
In the event that e-currency processor closes down or remains inaccessible for a long period, BEFORE we complete your buy / sell / swap order, we are NOT liable & will not make any payment to you unless it returns.
You must send us the funds FIRST. Rates, stock and fees may be subjected to change at any time without notice.
Customers are advised to check back regularly to reconfirm if we changed our rates on our website.
The foreign currency rate applicable will be based on our prevailing exchange rate as of the date and time of processing, NOT at the time we give instructions for customer to pay. All rates quoted on our site are indicative only. To avoid fluctuation, customer should pay as soon as possible.
Our normal 10 business hours daily is from 10:30am to 8:30pm Pakistan Time (Mondays-Fridays) excluding public holidays.
During non-business hours, orders are still being processed, however please be patient as it may take longer than usual.
Any latest updates will be posted in our blog, facebook and twitter page along with our website.
All customers are advised to check the website for any latest update to our service prior to contacting us to check on status of their order.
